Terms and Conditions for Meenakshi Vashishta Sessions, Services, and Collaborations

Welcome to Meenakshi Vashishta’s services. By engaging with our sessions, services, and collaborations, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

• These Terms govern your use of our fashion design, coaching, training, and collaboration services.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

• All services, including consultations, training sessions, and collaborations, are subject to availability.
• Clients must provide accurate information during booking. Any misrepresentation may lead to service cancellation.
• Payments must be made in advance as per the agreed terms.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

• Payments are processed securely via accepted payment methods.
• Fees for services are non-refundable except in cases of service cancellation by us.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.

• Clients and collaborators must maintain professional behavior during interactions.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these Terms.

• All content, materials, and intellectual property shared during sessions remain the sole property of Meenakshi Vashishta.
• Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of materials without prior written consent is prohibited.

• We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during sessions is protected as per our Privacy Policy.
• Any confidential business discussions or collaborations must be kept strictly private unless otherwise agreed upon.

• We strive to provide high-quality services; however, we are not liable for any indirect or unforeseen losses arising from service use.
• Clients engage in our services at their own risk and responsibility.

• We reserve the right to terminate services if clients fail to adhere to these Terms.
• No refunds will be issued for terminated services due to non-compliance.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India Jurisdiction.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled through mediation or legal proceedings in  India  Jurisdiction.
