Refund Policy for Meenakshi Vashishta Sessions, Services, and Collaborations

At Meenakshi Vashishta, we strive to provide high-quality services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for sessions, services, and collaborations.

• All payments for services are non-refundable, except under specific conditions mentioned below.
• Clients are encouraged to review service details and discuss any queries before making a payment.

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Service Cancellation by Us: If a session, service, or collaboration is canceled from our end, a full refund will be processed.
• Technical Issues: If an online session fails due to a technical issue from our side and cannot be rescheduled, a partial or full refund may be granted.
• Duplicate Payment: If a client mistakenly makes a duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• If the client cancels or reschedules a session/service with less than 48 hours' notice.
• If the client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice.
• If the service has already been delivered or partially utilized.
• Dissatisfaction due to personal preference rather than service quality.

To request a refund, clients must:

• Submit a written request via email to themeenakshivashishta@gmail.com
• Provide transaction details, payment proof, and a valid reason for the refund request.
• Refund requests will be reviewed within 7-10 business days, and eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

• Clients may request a rescheduling of a session at least 48 hours in advance without any additional charges.
• If a session is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances from our side, we will provide an alternative date or a refund (if rescheduling is not possible).
